La mission principale de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieure d&rsquo;\u00e9tude est l\u2019assistance et l\u2019accompagnement des enseignants dans la cr\u00e9ation et la diffusion de ressources p\u00e9dagogiques num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019axe novateur en mati\u00e8re de p\u00e9dagogie est port\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement de la p\u00e9dagogie active et sur l\u2019approche par comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce projet d\u2019accompagnement et de soutien \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie s\u2019inscrit ainsi dans une\u00a0continuit\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie initi\u00e9e, tout en d\u00e9veloppant l\u2019usage des TICE et en favorisant la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 individuelle et collective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin de faciliter l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation de nouvelles pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques, l\u2019ISAE-ENSMA s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9 d\u2019un <em>Learning Lab<\/em>\u00a0: un espace flexible et \u00e9volutif facilitant les rencontres et les \u00e9changes entre les enseignants, les \u00e9tudiants et la cellule TICE. Ce lieu aura pour vocation d\u2019inciter le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en pratique de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences. \u00c0 travers un \u00e9quipement performant et un accompagnement \u00e0 la prise en main de ce dernier, le <em>Learning Lab<\/em> permettra de se familiariser et de s\u2019approprier les m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques actives, ainsi que d\u2019appr\u00e9hender l&rsquo;impact des technologies et la transformation des espaces physiques d&rsquo;apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Learning Lab a pour but de r\u00e9duire les fronti\u00e8res entre enseignement et documentation et de permettre des modes de travail dynamiques et collaboratifs. Il a pour vocation l\u2019appropriation communautaire et personnalis\u00e9e des connaissances \u00e0 travers l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019enseignement, de l\u2019acquisition de connaissances et de la formation aux technologies innovantes. Il r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 de multiples missions\u00a0: p\u00e9dagogiques, sociales et culturelles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La dimension transformante de ce projet repose sur l\u2019\u00e9volution du paradigme p\u00e9dagogique classique au profit d\u2019un apprentissage davantage centr\u00e9 sur les apprenants et exigeant de ces derniers un engagement fort. Le lieu se doit donc d\u2019accompagner les nouveaux sc\u00e9narios p\u00e9dagogiques et \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement des p\u00e9dagogies actives. L\u2019objectif principal est de couvrir des usages aussi diff\u00e9rents que les espaces spatio-temporels les accueillant. Du mat\u00e9riel mobile et adaptable viendra compl\u00e9ter l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me num\u00e9rique mis en place gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019introduction des classes mobiles et de la plateforme p\u00e9dagogique (Moodle) dans les enseignements. L\u2019espace devra r\u00e9pondra aux diff\u00e9rents besoins jalonnant les parcours d\u2019apprentissage\u00a0: travail individuel \/ collectif\u00a0; transmission \/ appropriation\u00a0; temps formels \/ informels\u00a0; \u2026 favorisant de ce fait la pens\u00e9e critique, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, les comp\u00e9tences sociales et le travail en autonomie.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1'
